I've ordered four different sets of plastic totes from your company and I truly love every one.However, I just received the "tool totes" less than 30-minutes ago and sadly one was severly damaged beyond repair. I'm not sure; however, I noticed as unpacking that it wasn't packed like the others that were shipped.Any chance I can receive a replacement?I still gave it five stars because they are an awesome product.Thank you.

Size is great, not so large as to be hard to manage but the right size for most Christmas storage. Need to be wiped out and off before use as they were dusty.
Exactly what I was looking for. Spent a lot of time trying to find a colorful or less commercial looking bins. One is in the kitchen as a reccyle bin and can be seen. I like that it is decorative.
